A. No. Although the National Data Center was founded by Chapter 13 Trustees, we are not a Chapter 13 Trustee’s office. |
A. Certain Trustee Offices will add alpha characters or leading zeros as part of their office case numbering convention. Example: BK00531329 or BK9-05-012345-00 For this example, the 7 digit Case number would be 0531329. Usually, the first two digits of your case number will begin with the year that the case was filed. (Example: Year Case Filed 2005 = 05) The next five numbers that follow the initial two digits will complete your 7 digit case number. If you require further assistance, please call us directly at (866) 938-3639. We will be happy to assist you in getting setup with a Username and Password. |
A. Case Data may not be available on our website until 2 to 3 weeks following your first 341 meeting date. Trustee Offices require some time to correctly process and input your Case and Claims information into their computer systems. Please continue to check our website periodically, but it is best to wait until after your case is confirmed before trying to create an account. |

A. If you forgot both your Username and Password you can either email us at debtorsupport@13datacenter.com or contact us toll free at (866) 938-3639 to obtain your account login information. Please note that for authentication purposes will require the following information prior to releasing Username and Password:

A. Our website is updated nightly, however from periodically we may experience delays in the transfer of certain Trustee’s data. Additionally, other external factors such as weather conditions in certain regions of the United States may impact the timeliness of our data. |

A. The Creditor that original owned the right to your Claim may have sold the Claim or may a have wholly owned subsidiary that actively manages their Chapter 13 portfolio of Cases. If you believe there is an error related to the validity of a claimant in your case please contact your TRUSTEE. |
A. Unfortunately, our staff cannot interpret or advise you regarding details presented about your case on our website. Specific questions that you have about your case must be directed to your Attorney or the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office assigned to your case. |

A. The NDC only displays Chapter 13 Case and Claims information. Please contact the Trustee Office assigned to your case regarding payroll deductions or money transfer procedures. |
A. The National Data Center cannot, under any circumstance, modify or make corrections to your case information. Please contact the Office of the Trustee assigned to your case, as they are the ONLY authorized party able to make the appropriate corrections to your case information. |

A. Very Important! Please note that your Trustee does not access our website or track reported problems related to late payments or missed payments. If you have questions or concerns regarding the timeliness of your payment, please contact your Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office immediately. |
A. The National Data Center receives data from Office’s of Chapter 13 Trustee across the United States and then posted on our website (www.13datacenter.com) for you to access. However, specific questions you have regarding your case information, including remaining balance owed, must be directed to the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee assigned to your case. |
A. Specific questions of interpretation about your case, including how many months are remaining until your Chapter 13 will be completed, must be directed to the Chapter 13 Trustee Office assigned to your case. |
A. Questions regarding verification of receipt of payments must be directed to your Trustee Office. The National Data Center only displays reported case activity from your Trustee’s Office. We do not receive nor process payments. If payments are not posted within a reasonable timeframe, 7 to 10 days, it is recommended that you contact your Trustee’s Office to investigate. Please note that Trustee office check processing times will vary based on several factors, including the size of their office and defined office procedures. |
