How Premium Processing Works
- Check if your form is eligible for premium processing on the USCIS Premium Processing page
- File Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing Service) with your application or separately
- Pay the required premium processing fee
- USCIS aims to process your case within the published premium processing timeframe (often 15 or 45 days, depending on the form)
FAQs

- What if USCIS misses the deadline? The premium fee will be refunded, but your case will still be processed expeditiously.
- Can I upgrade a pending case? Yes, you can file Form I-907 for a case already in process if eligible.
